The parental unit has gone home. NO ROWS! It's an amazing thing. All in all, an actual enjoyable visit. Though she was doing my head in today - third day, it was bound to happen. Especially as we were watching football together and that's always a nightmare. I'm not a commentator on football, as I tend not to be on subjective subjects because it's generally pointless. Whereas mother will chunter her way through it, talking about what the papers say on various players etc - it's a pain in the ass because...well, there's only so many times you can hear the newspaper's opinions dressed up as her own. Whatever.

Anyway, Housemate Jen is back and a few very enjoyable hours were spent hearing about her holiday and catching up with things. Annnnd I have a job interview tomorrow so that is of the good. :)

Ah, I see. I don't have a 'trade' per say, I've done heaps of different things. This one is in a hotel kitchen, which is the sort of work I started off doing when I was a kid. But I've worked in sales, management, retail, factory, warehouses - I get bored easily. The longest I've ever kept one single job is nine months.
