Unless all four of your grandparents are Mancs, you're a glory hound. *grins* When it's got to the point where Buffy fanfic writers are assigning Spike as a Man U fan because that's the ONLY CLUB THEY'VE HEARD OF... well, first, I fucking foam at the mouth. HA! Um no, my parents or grandparents were not Mancs. The love of the team comes from my mother, who's from Northern Ireland - where if you don't support Celtic or Rangers, you support Man. Utd. Or did in her day, anyway. So, brought up with it - and endured all the Liverpool fans in the 80's being assholes at school, so there's no way I'm going to pretend to be embarrassed about supporting a winning team for once. I'm proud of them damnit!
Nah, they like rugby better over there, or Celtic football. Everyone plays football of course, they just don't really have a proper league.

Well, this is why I'm reserving judgement. I want to see what the hell's gong to happen next. Of course I would rather the dud fell off the face of the planet but then, everyone thought that when he was closing in on the club anyway. *sigh* Will see. I won't start panicking until Fergie jumps ship.
