And I had a random thought about something from the last two eps of 24.


The way Henderson is all 'I can't tell you about the nerve gas...', to the point that he'd let his wife get paralysed, himself get tortured beyond whatever - there should be a reason for this right? Like, maybe someone's got something over him. Jack was saying the same things in S1 when Teri and Kim were being held hostage, y'know? Jack knew things but couldn't tell anyone - and Henderson's obviously trained the same way Jack is. Has he given any reason for why he's doing this?

So, yeah. Maybe Henderson's not as black as he's been painted so far. Maybe he really was framed for everything...or maybe I'm talking out of my ass and should just shut up, lol.

That crossed my mind too and when they were in the interrogation room I was wondering if Jack would say something like, "You can't or you won't?" Because it really does seem like Henderson's got something up his sleeve . . .

Hurrah, it's not just me then. Yeah, it just seems rather glaring that they've not spelled out why he won't talk. Of course, it could just be that we're supposed to understand that it's all for the Good Of America etc, automatically, but still.
