I just watched last weeks Supernatural. All I can say is I'm damn glad I waited this long to watch it because now it's hardly any time at all until the next one. EEE! It was awesome.

Another point I meant to make after the first ep this season - wtf is up with Jared looking so big? He used to be slim/muscly and kind of lanky. Now he looks like a bodybuilder. Bleugh.

ETA: OMFG, Castiel was in 24. I totally didn't recognise him with short hair! And he's hot now when he was completely ugly before. What is going on with the world?

HE IS FREAKING HUGE. I think a lot of it is the camera adding weight, but still. I would not want to meet him in a dark alley. Even if he might adorable me to death. Have you seen the new promo pics?

Last week's ep was definitely MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE EP EVER.

Even if Sammy wasn't innit. :(

It had me from all the Back to the Future references at the beginning. And even after that, it was just perfect.

I can cope without Sam for a while. He reminds me of my sister, which is off-putting. Dean, on the other hand, is completely badass and soft-yet-tough and I caould watch him alllllll day. :D

YES. I was sort of flailing at my mum, "OMG BACK TO THE FUTURE" for a while before I calmed down enough to actually watch the show.

The actors for Mary and John are perfect. I mean, wow. And I still love the episode so much even after countless viewings over the weekend.

And yes - I mean, I'm a total Deangirl, but. I'm intrigued as to what Sam's been up to lately. He's been kind of quiet and sneaky so far.

They really were perfect. I loved Grandad!Sam - after I got past all the 'OMG it's Skinner from the X-Files,' flailing - and thought MItch Pileggi did a brilliant job with all Yellow-Eyes's characteristics. And the bit where Mary said she didn't want her kids to grow up hunters and made Dean cry...AWWWW!

I am also v. intruiged about Sam. They've hardly told us anything about what he's doing and now there's a whole bigger 'endgame' and we don't know anything. Ugh, it's going to be a looong year.

Amd also, EEEE you being at uni. Last night after I watched the ep and re-read your journal from the last point I saw it - a week befor you left - for SPN reactions. Which wer awesome, btw. But I also want to say that I hope you're finding it a bit easier at Uni now and enjoying yourself. It sounds like your course is awesome, which is good, but I also hope you're making friends. Do not worry about being shy - lots of people are - and also don't worry about your flatmates bonding without you. Most people will welcome you at whatever point and if they don't, they're assholes who aren't worth knowing anyway. I can recommend finding one of them and just saying, 'I'm really shy,' and they should then help you and not think you're being aloof on purpose or something. It will break the ice! You will be fine! They will take you with them to the pub etc!
