Philedelphia

This is a shot from the train when I was travelling from NYC to Philedelphia in January 1999. The river was almost completely frozen - picture might be a bit dark but it was a gorgeous sight.



This is a street shot, in the district where there's a whole lot of market goods being sold from stalls along the sides of the road. It was freezing, despite being about three in the afternoon when this was taken. There were fires in large tubs that vendors and pedestrians alike stopped to warm themselves at.



NYC – Central Park





I'm not sure how well this picture scans, but had to put it in anyway. On the original, you can get the slightest look at the Empire State Building in the middle. It was taken from Hoboken, New Jersey in January 1999. I just like the rain on the water - although it was actually more sleet and snow than anything.



Venice Beach

Two shots taken at Venice Beach, Los Angeles. It was so grey and foggy, you could hardly see the water. The second one is of the Boardwalk.

Ha! Thanks, I think. But there's nothing stopping anyone else doing the same thing. I'd recommend getting into a lot less debt than I did though.

I'll have to see if I can find any pics of my trip to Australia. And I have a bunch more of my travels through Mid-America somewhere, only I can't bloody find them. Grrr.
