...I bring you another picspam.
I didn't get very many photos when I was in Rome, because I was only there for four days (one of which was spent driving, OMG NEVER DRIVE IN ROME!!!1!) and I was ill most of the time too. But! Here are a few.
Two shots from inside the Sistine Chapel. I wanted more but a lot of the time, flash photography isn't allowed due to the damage it might cause the paintings. But seriously, anyone who has a chance to go? Go. It's stunning.


St. Peters Square and the Vatican. Again, only two - photo opportunities were scarce because it was Wednesday and I was there to see the Papal address. Which was brilliant, I might add.


Four shots of the Coliseum, two inside and two out. It's not as big as I though it would be, but then, that's judging it on modern standards. It would have been truly amazing to people back at the height of the Roman Empire, I would say.




This was on the coast, just North of Naples - and I can't for the life of me remember the name of the place. Heigh ho. It was gorgeous and so, there are a few pictures.
