I'm thinking that screaming for drugs is inevitable. *winces* He should consider himself lucky though - I just saw a picture of someone with the whole back of their leg and ass completely blown off. MESSY! So he can suck it up, quite frankly. I have no doubt that Doc will do a stellar job. :)
