*headdesk* I laugh because when I entered, I was convinced that the race was a 10K. Only after I put my name in the ballot did I discover that it is, in fact, a half-marathon.

Ah well. Better buy those new trainers after all, I guess. Having 10 months to be able to run 13.2 miles is enough, right?
