They were serving drinks as per usual, and the usual crowd was there
As promised the other day, some photos from the hike my mother and I did around Ingleton waterfalls.
DISCLAIMER: These are not my pictures, for the most part. I only took the fifth and sixth. My film hasn't been developed yet - these were taken by my short-sighted mother, who wasn't wearing her glasses and couldn't see the screen of her digital camera. So they're a little off centre. I'll post mine when my film is developed - of course, they may be no better.
The entire length of this tree bark has (randomly) 2p pieces hammered into it. All the way up, over every inch of it. I have a couple of close-up shots of it that I'll post soon. It was pretty cool.

The hills on the side of the trail looked like this through most of the forest part of the walk, apart from the bits carpeted by bluebells.

This was a nice lookout point.

From a bridge about 100 feet away from the first fall. No, neither of us could work out how to make the camera zoom in.

The opposite view from the same bridge, looking downstream.

Thornton Force, the waterfall at the top of the walk. The pool it falls into looked gorgeous for swimming. I might go back and take the dogs up there, it was lush.

The surrounding countryside from the top of the hill. I have more that should hopefully be a little clearer, but you get the idea. It was panoramic, all the way round, overlooking the Yorkshire Dales. Just gorgeous.

There would have been more shots of waterfalls, but as I posted on Friday, we got lost on the way back down and didn't get to see any more on the downside of the hill. Typical for us but there you go.
...and the preview has just shown me that Photobucket is doing it's random resizing of shots again. I don't know why, but aologies for that.
