In other news: What the fuck do you do when there's about five different stories swirling round your head and none of them will come out? I'm really really sick of staring at a blank Word document. I've tried alcohol - doesn't help. Advice, anyone? *goes to hit things in frustration*

I'm suffering from the same problem and I don't have any advice, I'm afraid! :(

I thought signing up for NaNoWriMo would help - and it has - but I'm still blocked! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr...

Writing on my novel makes me want to write fic though... ;) Maybe something good will come out of November after all!

Man, you're brave. I want to try NaNoWriMo but working to that much of a deadline? Eeek! The 50,000 words would be no bother at all, but I'd struggle with the constant having to do it.

I think the fanfic thing is partly my problem - I want to write more but I have a couple or original things that are screaming to get written to. And I keep thinking I should finish the fanfic before embarking on anything else - but then the original stuff yells louder, so I try it, and am left thinking about fanfic! *headdesk* I need to get away from all computers for a while. But wont, obviously, lol.

Brave??? I think insane describes me better! ;)

Actually the deadline is good for me - and I love that when it comes to NaNo it's all about quantity and not quality! LOL I'm allowed to just pour all my lousy ideas for my novel into a word doc and then I will have something to really work with later! :DD

But as always - when I *have* to do something my fic muses spring to life and demand attention!

And I'm not going to be able to write 50K this month - especially since I'm off to work on the cruise ship again tomorrow! I'll try and write there but... I know I'm going to be too tired!

I'm glad you're still around, even if you aren't updating your fanfics. Hope you get past your block soon. Your talent is too good to waste. Nice icons by the way, shame they're not of Kiefer!

Lol, I walked eight miles yesterday. Head full of 'Wow, that'd be a great story!' etc etc...and have so far failed to get any of it down. Meeeeeeeeh. I'm sure it'll happen, just got to try different things.
