Totally agree. Much more fun to wing it too, cos then the characters surprise you.

Lol - believe e, writing long chapters can be a drag. Sometimes i really want to write but I know its gonna turn into an epically (is that a word?) long thing and i cant muster the energy to do it. Still, worth it in the end when people like stuff. :)
