OK, that's not all. Umm...strangely quiet ep really, for this late in the season. Hurrah for Aaron though and he and Marty are so gonna get it on if they both survive.

Was it just me, or was the time off slightly in this ep? I'm sure the nerve gas took a little longer to work when it was going through CTU, and that was with the help of the building ventilation system. Maybe subs have ventilation throughout even when docked and using natural air, but still - they didn't put the thing near a vent or anything. Just lobbed it in. Well, whatever. Time is of the essence and all that.

I'm loving Jack's insistence foe Bierko's head on a plate. After what he did to Goren in the S2 opening, I'm so hoping he's talking literally. Although Julian Sands is far too hot to have his head chopped off. Hello? Jack? Think of the women of the world and about half the men. Please.

Russian subs and missiles though - fucking awesome! And you know what? I hope the Presidential retreat is targeted. Much as I will (literally) cry if Charlie bites it, it'd be bloody poetic if Aaron keeps his word and disappears but Martha goes down with the ship when the whole place blows up. That'd be fuckin' awesome. And it'll circumvent the whole impeachment mess and let a new President in next year. Hal Gardner may be scary but he seems fair. Or maybe a Democrat will get in and we'll have a new dude. Either way, it'd kick ass.

Yep, I'm ready for the finale now, I think it'll be cool as all hell. But in the meantime, I have a new show to watch. Yep, I have the first season of the US version of Queer as Folk in my possession, and that's how I fully intend to spend my weekend. Bring it on!

And for the UK'ers on my list, I am not at all embarassed to admit that while I was coerced into watching the start of Big Brother last night, I have the feeling I'm going to like it this year. So there's that too. George or Shabazz for the win!
