I was wondering actually. One of my workmates is sure it's against the law - along with the fact that none of us have a contract. Steve told me that (he thinks) by law everyone has to be given a contract within a month of starting work. If that's true then she's been breaking the law for ten months. And I can't see how this wouldn't be breaking some law.
