I know how you feel mate. My ex-manager was utter shit at paying us the right amount. I wasn't bothered till he underpaid me £150...not cool. The new was is alright so far.
In other news, how's the little one? Has she discovered the wonders of crawling yet? Alex tried so hard to crawl, but he couldn't quite manage it, so he just used to kinda throw himself to the place he wanted to be :D
